Due to the current lockdown situation, many of us are finding a completely new world of work! At Clinetix, we have completely changed our working model and have had to adapt to working remotely from each other and our patients.
We’d like to introduce you to two of our key workers, working hard from home – Joanne and Claire!
Joanne is our Front of House at Clinetix Grampian who joined the team in March taking care of your appointments and ensuring you have a smooth and enjoyable experience at the clinic.
Joanne is currently working from home to reschedule appointments, answer enquiries and let you know we are here for you!
Claire recently joined the Clinetix team as a Clinical Aesthetician working between our Bothwell and West End clinics.
She is currently working from home to answer all of your skin enquiries. Claire is also offering virtual skin consultations where she can design a bespoke skincare regime to meet your skin concerns.
During this time, she is also creating short videos to educate you on our range of skincare products.

At Clinetix, we introduced new initiatives to keep in touch with our patients, such as a Live Chat facility on our website and set up a free next-day delivery service for our clients to purchase their skincare products.
