This is a busy time for many within the Aesthetics industry, who are looking towards the year ahead, and Clinetix is no exception.

Aesthetics Awards
The Aesthetics Awards, having been established in 2011, are described as the ‘most prestigious and longest-standing awards ceremony in the UK medical aesthetics specialty.’ We were nominated this year in three separate categories, Best Clinic Scotland, Rising Star of the Year, Clinic Representative of the Year.
We are absolutely delighted to say that our Lead Operations Manager has won Clinic Representative of the Year. We are also equally thrilled to have won Best Clinic Scotland 2024. This award is a fantastic recognition of the dedication we take for patient safety, customer service and continuing commitment to excellence.
ACE
The Aesthetics Conference and Exhibition marks a busy and exciting day for those who have an interest in the Aesthetics Industry from medical practitioners to industry experts. This show brings together over eighty different brands in the industry, including pharmaceuticals, skincare, and those manufactures the latest in innovation, certainly a show that will bring you everything you could need in Aesthetics. ACE can be a great opportunity to network with fellow professionals and is often marked into our medical practitioners calendars every year, especially this year when our own Dr Emma Ravichandran was a panellist for ‘The future of Aesthetics: Gloves off by Aesthetics Panel’. Where she was debating and discussing some of the most controversial topics in aesthetic medicine
IMCAS Paris
Dr Emma, Dr Simon and Dr Paula all attended the IMCAS World Congress in Paris this February. As it celebrated its 25th anniversary, showcasing the latest in innovation and technology within the industry. IMCAS is a yearly congress dedicated to dermatology, plastic surgery and the science behind ageing. IMCAS is the largest scientific aesthetics congress worldwide, and therefore a must attend event for our Clinetix team who like to stay up to date with the latest in Aesthetics.
What’s Happening Over At AMR?
For those of you who may not know, Clinetix has a sister company named as Aesthetic Medical Research, ran by Clinical Director Dr Simon Ravichandran and Research Executive, Tasnim Abusalem. AMR actively run a number of clinical trials aimed to better treat certain skin concerns through Aesthetic treatments. Two of our most recent clinical trials include our Sebum Study and our Acne Scarring Study. Dr Simon has recently been on a visit to Madrid for further research into PB Serum, and will continually be making efforts to further our industry knowledge in this area. Either of these trials may be of interest to you if you suffer from oily skin and larger pores, or perhaps acne scarring is your main skin concern. Laser Launch Event at Grampian
Innovation has often been a focus point when bringing the best possible treatment to our patients here at Clinetix. We have made no exceptions with our latest acquisition at our Grampian Clinic, as we can now offer laser treatments with the use of the Excel V+ by Cutera. To celebrate this exciting new technology to the Clinetix portfolio, we will be hosting a Laser launch Event on the 28th of March at Clinetix Grampian. This event will be a fantastic opportunity to mingle with our colleagues, meet industry experts, and as a thank you for attending, we will be providing some exclusive offers. Clinetix West End has successfully moved into its new location in Glasgow City Centre. We have received some wonderful feedback from our patients who have visited our new location, and we are equally pleased about the move ourselves.
