We have recently launched our Online Booking system. Whilst the clinics are temporarily closed you will only be able to book Virtual consultations. If you haven’t used our Online Booking system before, below is a step-by-step guide on how to book an appointment.
Once you have selected your location, you will be prompted to select whether you are a New Patient or Existing Patient. If you are an existing Clinetix client but have not used the online booking system before please select ‘New Patient’.
Once you have selected your location, you will move on to select service.
Select date & time
Select date and time of your appointment.
Enter your contact details to book your appointment.
New clients – simply need to complete the form.
Existing clients (used online booking before) – Select ‘Login’ at the top, underneath ‘Already have an account’ and you will be directed to this page.
Existing clients (new to online booking) – please complete the form as above. When you select ‘complete registration’ you will receive an error message that “this email is already registered as a contact to this company. Please check your email for a passcode, and provide it along with your registration”.
You will receive an email which looks like below. Once you enter the passcode onto the login page you will be able to complete registration.
Once registration has been completed, you will be taken to a confirmation page to complete booking.
You will then receive a confirmation email to your inbox. For virtual consultations, your confirmation email will also include your video link for your appointment.
