So Nicola, tell us a bit about yourself!
My name is Nicola I am one of the therapists here at Clinetix. I am originally from a small village called Torrance. I then moved to Glasgow City Centre so we could enjoy having more on our doorstep, it was also a nice change from growing up in a very small village with very little to do in it. However, I have recently moved to Hamilton as both mine and my husband’s careers have brought us out this way.
What job do you do at Clinetix?
I am a Medical Aesthetician, I specialise in all things skin. I started working for Clinetix in March 2019, so almost a year and a half!
How have you progressed throughout Clinetix?
I came to Clinetix with underpinning knowledge in medical skincare and treatments having worked in the aesthetic medicine for 5 years prior to joining the Clinetix team, but my knowledge and understanding has grown further than I can imagine. It’s great to work with such a strong team who are able to help me achieve so much.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I really enjoy being face to face with patients, the best part of my job is helping people regain their confidence. Being able to see physical changes in my clients’ skin each time they come back is very rewarding.
What is your favourite treatment to perform?
I really enjoy IPL and ResurFx laser treatments, I am able to improve a large number of concerns with these treatments and the results speak for themself.
