Clinetix Virtual Consultations

In order to offer you a thorough virtual consultation, we require you to complete the forms on your confirmation email and send us photographs prior to your consultation. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to upload your photographs, complete your forms and how to access your virtual consultation.

Please note our online systems, forms and video links are compatible with Google Chrome. You can download Google Chrome here. 

Once you have booked your virtual consultation you will receive a confirmation email like below.  


Uploading Photographs

Prior to your appointment please send in photographs with no makeup on and a neutral expression (no smiling, frowning pouting etc). Please ensure your hair is back from your face. 

Send photographs facing:

Forward, straight on to the camera. 

90º to the left 

90º to the right

Please click on the link on your confirmation email to upload your photographs. This link is unique to you and is linked directly to your file. 

Uploading photographs from a computer:

Once you have clicked on the link this webpage with appear. Click ‘Select Files’. 

Select the photographs you would like to attach. 

The photographs you have attached will appear in the left-hand corner.

Once you have all of the photographs you would like to upload appear in the left-hand corner select ‘Send Photos’. 

A green tick will appear once your photographs have been uploaded. 

Uploading photographs from a mobile:

Once you have clicked on the link this webpage with appear. Click ‘Select Files’. 

Select ‘Photo Library’.

Select the images you would like to upload and then click ‘Done’. 

The photographs you have attached will appear in the left-hand corner. Once you have selected all of the photographs you would like to upload select ‘Send Photos’. 

A green tick will appear once your photographs have been uploaded. 


Completing Medical History Forms from a Computer:

You will find a link to complete your medical history on your confirmation email. This link is unique to you and is linked directly to your file. 

You may be asked to verify your identity. Simply select ‘Click here’ to receive a confirmation code to your mobile number. Enter the code you have received to your mobile and select ‘Confirm number’. If your phone number is incorrect please contact our team on 0141 221 0229 or info@clinetix.co.uk and we can update this for you.  

You will be taken to the form below. Please answer all of the questions. 

Please sign all relevant boxes, ensuring your signature is legible. Once you have completed the form select ‘Next’. 

Your medical history will automatically be uploaded to your file. 

Completing medical history forms from a mobile:

Click on the link in your confirmation email.  

You may be asked to verify your identity. Simply select ‘Click here’ to receive a confirmation code to your mobile number. Enter the code you have received to your mobile and select ‘Confirm number’. If your phone number is incorrect please contact our team on 0141 221 0229 or info@clinetix.co.uk and we can update this for you.

You will be taken to the form below. Please answer all of the questions.  

Please sign all relevant boxes, ensuring your signature is legible. Once you have completed the form select ‘Next’. Your medical history will automatically be uploaded to your file.


Accessing Your Virtual Consultation

To access your virtual consultation please click on the link in your confirmation email.   

You will be taken to this webpage.  

Please ensure you select allow pabau to use your microphone and camera by selecting allow on the top left- hand corner. 

When you first access your virtual consultation you may see a message that says ‘Just yourself’. This simply means your practitioner has not joined the call yet. Click ‘Join Room’.  

Ensure all buttons at the bottom of the screen look like below.
