What changes are we making?

What changes are we making?

As you may have heard from our latest Facebook Live, at Clinetix we are updating our procedures to ensure the safety of our patients and our team for when we are able to reopen. So what changes are we making?

1. Virtual Consultations

Firstly, all of our consultations will now be carried out virtually to reduce patient contact. During your virtual consultation, we will discuss your concerns and the different treatment options available and create a bespoke treatment plan for you.

Virtual consultations can be booked now using our online booking system, or over the phone once we reopen. Our team will be contacting clients whos appointments had to be cancelled and those on the waiting list to arrange virtual consultations shortly.

Prior to your virtual consultation, you receive an email requesting you to complete a Medical History Form and submit photographs. This information allows us to carry out a thorough and in-depth consultation. This email will also contain instructions on how to attend your virtual consultation.

Should you choose to go ahead with treatment, your practitioner will schedule an appointment for the proposed treatment during your virtual consultation.

From Thursday 18th July (hopefully!), our team will have specific times in their diaries for virtual consultations and working in the clinics performing treatments. All clients must have a virtual consultation prior to booking an appointment.

2. Cash Free Clinic

To minimise patient contact we will no longer be accepting payment in the clinics.

Following your virtual consultation, you will receive a copy of the agreed treatment plan and corresponding consent forms. You will also receive an invoice for treatment – all treatments must be paid in full prior to the appointment being confirmed and secured.

Once the appointment has been paid in full you will receive an email to confirm your appointment.

3. Health Screening

Prior to your appointment, our team will give you a call to answer a couple of health screening questions. These questions will help reduce risk to the health and safety of our clients and team.

4. Hands Off Service

On the day of your appointment please call the clinic prior to approaching the door. A member of our team will open the door for you. Upon arrival, you will be asked to sanitise your hands. You will be taken directly to the treatment room where our team will have already set up for your agreed treatment. When you are in the clinic you will notice that our team will now be wearing PPE.

Once your treatment is complete, a member of our team will escort you to the door and open the door for you.

Our front of house team will contact you by phone to arrange your next appointment or schedule your virtual review (where applicable).

5. Reduced Services

When we first reopen the clinics you may notice that there are not as many appointments available as usual. This is because we have extended our appointment times to allow for full sterilisation and ventilation of the treatment room after each patient.

Upon reopening we will also reduce the number of treatments available. This is simply to reduce patient contact. Our team will be working to reintroduce additional treatments once we are up and running. Don’t worry, our most popular treatments such as injectables and chemical peels will still be available! We are doing everything we can to ensure your visit to Clinetix is as seamless as possible whilst protecting the safety of our clients and team.
