We want to give you the opportunity to get to know the Clinetix team! Over the next couple of months, we will be speaking to members of the team so you can get to know them better. Today, we will be speaking to Medical Practitioner Dr Caroline McAuley BDS MJDF Dip Rest Dent RCS.
So Caroline, tell us a bit about yourself!
Hi everyone, my name is Caroline and I am one of the Medical Practitioners here at Clinetix. I graduated in Dentistry from the University of Glasgow in 2007 and I now split my time between Clinetix and dental practice.
What job do you do at Clinetix?
Since joining Clinetix in 2019, in addition to seeing patients in the clinic, I work with Paula at our Aesthetic Training Academy, teaching doctors, dentists and nurses on our Getting Started in Aesthetic Medicine Course. I don’t have a background in teaching, so I was nervous at the prospect but I have to say I absolutely love it.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Building relationships with patients is the most enjoyable aspect of working at Clinetix. I love getting to know my patients so they feel relaxed and comfortable and able to discuss their specific concerns. This allows me to create a bespoke treatment plan for each of my patients and deliver the results they are looking for.
The next best thing is working with such a great team. Our teamwork, from behind the scenes to front of house, allows us to deliver five-star service and treatments to all our patients.
What is your favourite treatment to perform?
I enjoy the whole process of facial aesthetics from full-face assessment to diagnosis, to treatment but if I were to pick a favourite individual treatment to perform it would have to be lip fillers. So often patients have seen unaesthetic lips and they are anxious that their lips will look fake or false. At Clinetix, we take time to carry out a full assessment and discuss all treatment options with our patients to allow us to achieve a beautiful outcome. We use only the highest quality fillers that integrate with natural lip tissue to help us achieve a natural result.
The ethos of the clinic is to be the best and deliver the best care for our patients and I genuinely believe we do. I feel privileged to work alongside such a fantastic team!
