Administrator – Full Time / Permanent

We are looking to welcome on board an Administrator to join the Clinetix team.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates five-star customer service, outstanding dedication and the ability to work autonomously.

The role is predominantly remote and the successful candidate will routinely work from home.
The ideal candidate will have:
• a minimum of 2 years’ customer service and call handling experience
• a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an office environment within an administration role
• experience with computer programmes including Numbers, Stripe, CRM systems, Mail
• The ability to follow processes with great attention to detail
The successful candidate will liaise with clinical patients and suppliers and report directly to the senior Administrator and the Operations Manager.
Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm (35 hours per week)
+ option of additional overtime as per the business requirements
• Clinical call handling; booking, rescheduling and cancelling client appointments
• Generating invoices
• Managing / Facilitating incoming payments
• Processing Orders
• General Administration
