Wrinkles and lines on the forehead, around the eyes (crows feet) and in between the eyes are caused by overactivity of the muscle of facial expression.  Over many years the activity of the muscles can cause permanent folds or creases in the skin.

Using very small quantities of a drug called botulinum toxin, we can make the muscles relax, and in turn reduce the lines and wrinkles they cause.

The treatment takes about ten to fifteen minutes to perform and most people feel little or no discomfort.

As the muscles relax you will initially see a smoothing effect of the skin, as time progresses the skin resurfaces itself further reducing the lines.

The results are temporary and typically last from two to six months.  Most people tend to get a good result for about four months.
