Treating Stretch Marks and Acne with Dermaroller

We have been using Genuine Dermaroller in Clinetix for over a year now and the results have surpassed our expectations.

The treatments were originally used for skin toning.  By increasing the connective tissues in the superficial dermis fine lines and wrinkles disappear and the skin tone increases giving a healthy natural appearance.  In most cases you get a result almost as good as a laser resurfacing treatment, but without the risk, downtime and expense.

As we developed our technique we started to tentatively treat patients with acne scarring, hoping we would see at best a minimal improvement in the skin.  It soon became apparent that microneedling far surpasses any other treatment we have for the treatment of small acne scars.  Our clients were noticing dramatic improvement with softening of the scar edges and filling out of deep pock marks, as well as a general improvement in skin tone.  We started to introduce topical retinoids that get micro injected into the skin and more recently using a soft dermal filler injected into problem areas and the outcomes just keep improving.

The other area of microneedling that we were skeptical about was for stretch marks.  So far we have been unable to find any treatment other than surgery that produces a significant improvement, but following our successes with acne scarring we ran a trial and again we are completely blown away by the results.

We at Clinetix would recommend Genuine Dermaroller as the best available option for treating acne scarring and stretch marks.
